    4. Proposed Schedule of Fall Meetings: Assuming we will again meet at 12:30 p.m. on an early Thursday in the month, the proposed schedule for next fall would be as follows. This might change if we return to in-person meetings depending on the availability of rooms. Final approval of the schedule will be an agenda item at the May 4 Policy Committee meeting.
